Air shower system is basically a self contained chamber which is installed at the entrance of any space with controlled environment ( as for instance, a cleanroom). It is set up to manage entrance of dirt and other particulate matter inside cleanroom in order to avoid the possibility of cross contamination. Its high velocity air jet runs at specific speed per second for effective scrubbing action needed to eliminate contaminated particles present in air. Its centrifugal blower uses lubricated SS nozzles for smooth delivery of air at high force. Microprocessor controlled operation, application of high performance air filter and utilization of light diffusers with uniform lighting arrangement are the key aspects of this air shower system.
